About Our Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, and commercial cleaning. Services are performed in Methuen and surrounding communities in the Merrimack Valley.

Service descriptions on this site explain what is typically included. The exact scope of any job is confirmed in the estimate we send you.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free and without obligation. An estimate is based on the information you give us about your property. If conditions at the property differ significantly from what was described, we may need to revise the estimate before starting work, and we will tell you before proceeding.

Prices shown or discussed are not final until confirmed in writing by us. Nothing on this website is a binding offer.

Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, or if the appointment is cancelled with little notice, we may charge for the reserved time.

Please tell us in advance about pets, alarm systems, fragile items or areas you prefer we do not enter.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed when you book. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the service. Late payments may be subject to reasonable collection costs.

Service Quality

If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return to address it. This applies to work within the agreed scope of the job.

Limitation of Liability

We carry insurance and take care in every property we enter. To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, our liability for any claim connected to our services or this website is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for pre existing damage, normal wear, or conditions we were not told about.

Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to collect data from the site by automated means for purposes we have not permitted.

Automated agents may read our public pages and the machine readable files we publish. Agents must not submit forms on behalf of a person without that person having reviewed and approved the content.

Intellectual Property
